How long does it take to make and send my M4D3 Custom shoes?

Custom shoes made on M4D3custom.com take the following time to process:


Slides - Approx 3 business days not including shipping

Slip-on’s - Approx 7 business days not including shipping

Lace up’s - Approx 7 business days not including shipping


Shipping estimates are based on destination.

How can I purchase a large quantity of custom shoes for a group, event, or team?

Creating a special M4D3 Custom design for a large group of people is the perfect way to elevate corporate events, unify your kids’ sports teams, or commemorate birthdays, bar mitzvahs, bachelorette parties, and so much more!

I haven't received a tracking number. Has my order shipped?

After your order ships, you'll receive an email that includes a tracking number. If this doesn't happen, please contact us at (646) 606-2391 or info@m4d3custom.com

Will my slides be printed exactly how I designed them?

Yes — how you design your shoe on our designing platform is how your shoes will print.


* Please note that colors can vary between monitors and printers. The color you see on your monitor may not be exactly the same as the color printed on our printers.

Can I return my order?

M4D3 Custom products are custom-made for each order and are therefore nonreturnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders.


Please be sure to check that your artwork, shoe size, and shipping address are all correct prior to completing your purchase.

Why can't I upload on my iPhone and iPad?

Sometimes images won’t upload if you open our website through a third-party application. Please be sure you are designing your shoe on a phone or desktop/laptop via a browser that is up to date.

Can I get whatever I want printed on my slides?

We reserves the right to refuse orders based on usage of inappropriate language or trademark infringements.

Can I place a team/event/party order?

Yes. If you are interested in multiple slides please feel free to reach out to info@m4d3custom.com.

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

Yes. Please reach out to info@m4d3custom.com.

Can I cancel my order after I have completed check out?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Changes can only be made to your order if Customer Services reaches out to you about an issue with your design.

Reasons could be, but not limited to: copyright infringement, inappropriate images, etc.

Can orders be shipped outside of the US?

Yes, we ship internationally.

Will M4D3 Custom share my personal information with anyone?

What payment options does M4D3 custom accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal

How do I apply a discount or fundraising code?

In the checkout screen, enter the code exactly as is appears in the correct box. Codes are case sensitive.

Click "apply" to activate the code. You will see qualified discount codes displayed in the "payment summary."
